The latest PhRMA submission to the upcoming 2010 Special 301 report by the US Trade Representative (USTR) holds mixed results for countries from Western Europe. Italy has been placed on the Priority Watch list, while France, Norway, Finland and the Netherlands have been included on the Watch List. BMI views the removal of Spain and Sweden from the list as a positive development, as well as the PhRMA's recommendation that Germany not be listed.
