Swiss drugmaker Roche has posted strong results for 2009, highlighting the opportunities that pandemics such as swine flu can provide to drug companies. The company has reported a 7.5% rise increase in year-on-year (y-o-y) revenues, from US$43.27bn in 2008 to US$46.53bn in 2009.
