Belgium's drug industry association, pharma.be, has defended the price of medicines in the country following local reports suggesting the market is over-priced. Pharma.be also claims that Organisation for Economic Co-Operation and Development (OECD) figures for pharmaceutical expenditure in Belgium that portray the country as expensive are not right.
