Swiss pharmaceutical giant Roche has recorded positive Q108 results for its Romanian operation, based in Bucharest. Sales were up by 25.7% year-on-year (y-o-y) to RON110.3mn (US$47.6mn) in the first three months of the year. Roche is reportedly Romania's fastest growing pharmaceutical company and is the second largest in the country. However, the company has stated it is not aiming for top position either in Romania or globally, but would rather be a leader in what it considers the 'top therapeutic
