In what will be seen by the industry as indicative of significant improvement in intellectual property (IP) regulations in the country, Lithuania has been removed from the US Trade Representative's Special 301 Report watch list. Lithuania and Belize were the only two countries to be completely removed from the list. As a result of this positive news, BMI has improved Lithuania's score on our Pharmaceutical Business Environment
