The main sources of funding for Uganda's HIV/AIDS treatment programme, the Global Fund To Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria and the US President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) have reiterated that they will not buy antiretroviral (ARV) drugs from local manufacturer Quality Chemicals until it meets international manufacturing standards set down by the World Health Organization
