Switzerland-based drugmaker Nycomed is planning to sell part of its oncology pipeline to German firm 4SC in order to focus on developing drugs in its current areas of speciality. Eight projects in pre-clinical and early-clinical stage trials will be transferred to 4SC, with the German firm acquiring full development and commercialisation rights for the projects.
