Employees at Belgium-based drugmaker Janssen Pharmaceutica (Janssen) are striking in protest at the compensation packages being offered to workers recently made redundant by US parent company Johnson & Johnson (J&J). With a wave of job losses sweeping the industry, BMI believes the industrial action could set an uncomfortable precedent for multinational drugmakers.
