Icelandic generics firm Actavis is rolling out its plan to develop business in the under-penetrated, but growing markets of the Balkans region. The company has simultaneously opened an office in Albania and donated a collection of medicines to two clinics in the Republic of Macedonia. BMI believes that both developments are prescient.
