Anglo-Swedish drugmaker AstraZeneca has struck a deal to partner two diabetes drugs developed by US-based Bristol-Myers Squibb (BMS). The agreement involves an initial down payment of US$100mn that could eventually rise to US$1bn if certain milestones and sales are met.
