US prescription drug and medical devices distributor Sigma Global is to expand in Puerto Rico. The company has hired a new business manager to oversee the expansion. As well as distributing proprietary drugs via mail order, Sigma also markets a number of generics and innovative treatments for senior citizens, including Alzheimer's treatment Aricept.
