Bulgarian drug producer Sopharma sold more than half of its shares in late April 2006. On April 17, the company sold 48.77% of its share capital to the Bulgarian firms Telso, Telekomplect and Sofia. Subsequently, Sopharma sold 5.5mn shares - or 8.33% of its share capital - to an undisclosed buyer.
