Lebanese drugmaker Arab Company for Drug Industries and Medical Appliances (ACDIMA) has sold 1% of its 20% stake in Saudi Pharmaceutical Industries and Medical Appliances. The deal is reported to be wroth around SAR120mn (US$31.99mn).
