Vaccination Campaign Organised To Fight Encephalitis

News: According to The Times Of India, a vaccination campaign against Japanese Encephalitis began across 369 booths in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh in India on May 20 2009. PK Porwal, additional chief medical officer, said that the fortnight-long campaign (from May 20 to June 3) will involve vaccinating children in the age group of 1 to 15 years - those most likely to be affected by the disease.
