BMI View: BMI's Pharmaceuticals & Healthcare Business Environment Ratings (BERs), which assess countries according to their risk/reward profile, reveal that Latin America's rating remained almost unchanged, with a score of 49 out of 100 in Q111 decreasing fractionally to 48.8 in Q211. More significant ratings decreases were seen in Asia Pacific (-1.13%) and in Western Europe (-0.93%). Meanwhile, increases were seen in Central and Eastern Europe (+0.19%) and Middle East/Africa (+3.45%).
