Government Partnership To Boost Healthcare Infrastructure

The Zambian government has renewed its healthcare infrastructure focused partnership (ORET-Zambia) with the Dutch government and Netherlands-based company Royal Philips Electronics, with the aim of further improving healthcare provision in the African country. The objectives of the Philips Development-Related Export Transactions Programme (ORET) are to promote sustainable economic development and improve the business climate in developing countries by facilitating investment in their economic and social infrastructure. ORET support is available to 50 developing countries around the world.
