Pfizer Sells Swine Vaccine Unit To Harbin Pharma

The world's largest drugmaker Pfizer is selling its swine vaccine business in China to Harbin Pharmaceutical Group for a reported US$50mn, as part of the closing condition on the US$68bn acquisition of Wyeth in January 2009.
