Sanofi Launches Drug In Middle East

Sanofi Aventis has launched its cosmetic prescription drug, Sculptra, in the UAE following approval from the UAE Ministry of Health. The drug was also approved by the US FDA earlier in 2009. The drugmaker is expected to launch Sculptra elsewhere in the Middle East, in line with its regional targeted expansion plans.
