Sanofi-Aventis Forms Joint-Venture With Minsheng Pharmaceutical

To further strengthen its consumer healthcare business, Sanofi-Aventis has formed a joint venture with over-the-counter (OTC) medicine manufacturer Minsheng Pharmaceutical, which is based in China's Hangzhou Province. Following regulatory approval, the French multinational will acquire a majority equity stake in the new entity.
