IP & Market Access Concerns Prevail For Key Emerging Europe Markets
March 2010 | Industry Trend AnalysisThe presence of countries from BMI's Emerging Europe Region in the Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America (PhRMA)'s Special 301 Submission 2010 remains largely equivalent to 2009, indicating no major shift in intellectual property (IP) concerns in the region. Five countries' IP environments are deemed to warrant concern from the PhRMA - Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Russia and Turkey - with all present on the higher Priority Watch List except Hungary, whose status has been lowered to Watch List.
