Medical Services Expenditure To Approach US$100bn Within Five Years

Healthcare expenditure in India is expected to increase from INR2,088bn (US$46.4bn) in 2009 to INR2,326bn (US$55.7bn) in 2010. Due to the strengthening rupee, this equates to growth of 11.4% in local currency terms and 20.1% in US dollar terms.
