PHF Begins Divestment

The privatisation of pharmaceutical companies owned by Polish Pharmaceutical Holdings (PHF) - Polfa Pabianice, Polfa Tarchomin and Polfa Warszawa - looks set to become reality during late 2009 and early 2010. PHF has confirmed that a shortlist of four potential investors has been drawn up for Polfa Pabianice, while the holding company will send invitations to 90 potential investors for Polfa Warsaw and will begin the sale of Polfa Tarchomin in 2010.
