GlaxoSmithKline's Centre Of Excellence For External Drug Discovery Invests In Prosensa

Following UK drugmaker GlaxoSmithKline (GSK)'s Centre of Excellence for External Drug Discovery (CEEDD)'s June 2009 alliance with Chroma Therapeutics, the company's drug discovery centre has signed a deal with Dutch-based biopharmaceutical company, Prosensa for the development and commercialisation of RNA-based therapeutics for Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD).
