VAT Exemption For APIs Proposed

Ghana's Parliament is considering the widening of value-added tax (VAT) exemptions to a wider range of pharmaceuticals. According to the Daily Guide, Minister of State at the Ministry Finance and Economic Planning Anthony Osei Akoto filed a motion to amend the VAT Act, 1998.
