Contracting Private Sector To Reduce Waiting Lists
October 2008 | Industry NewsCroatia's Ministry of Health has pledged to slash waiting lists in the country through a combination of merging of regional waiting lists and procuring additional services from the private sector. The government will look to outsource services that have the longest waiting lists, which include high-tech imaging such as computed axial tomography (CAT) scans.
