Aspen And Matrix Reorganise Partnerships

South Africa's Aspen Pharmacare and India's Matrix Laboratories have divested their 50-50 active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) manufacturing joint ventures. Aspen will acquire 50% of South Africa-based Fine Chemicals Corp (FCC) from Matrix, while Matrix will acquire Aspen's 50% stake in India-based Astrix Laboratories. Aspen retains a shareholding in Astrix through a Class B
