Apotex Ships ARVs To Rwanda
September 2008 | Company News AlertRwanda is to receive a shipment of 7mn generic antiretrovirals (ARVs) from Canada's Apotex, 14 months after it notified the WTO's TRIPS (Trade Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights) Council of its intention to use the WTO's '30th August 2003' ruling.
