September 2008 | Industry NewsThe Euro-Canada Health Consumer Index 2008[1] - a cross-comparative index that measures the consumer responsiveness of 29 European healthcare systems plus Canada - highlights some interesting perceptions of systems across Europe. The overall results for healthcare systems placed Austria top of the tree, scoring well across many of the indicators. Following closely behind were the Netherlands, France, Switzerland and Germany.
