New Angina Drug Reaches Market
August 2008 | Product LaunchFrench firm Servier has launched Coralan (ivabradine) in Singapore for the treatment of angina. Because of the city state's affluence and the increasing burden of cardiovascular disease, BMI expects the product to perform well, especially if the drug is approved for additional indications such as heart failure. However, revenue will be limited by Singapore's small population.
