Growth From Afar Boosts Ipsen Results
August 2008 | Company News AlertSales from outside Western Europe continued to drive French firm Ipsen's growth in H108. Underlying sales -calculated at a constant exchange rate and excluding sales for Ginkor Fort (troxerutin, heptaminol hydrochloride, ginkgo biloba), which was sold in January 2008 - were up 11.2% year-on-year (y-o-y), ahead of company targets. Meanwhile, actual group sales stood at EUR497mn (US$742mn) and were up 7.4% y-o-y, with increases entirely attributable to sales outside of Ipsen's major Western European
