Teva Acquires Bentley Pharmaceuticals
July 2008 | Industry NewsOn July 23, Teva Pharmaceutical announced that it has completed its US$360mn acquisition of Bentley Pharmaceuticals which will operate in Spain under the Teva's name. With Bentely's generic pharmaceutical operations under control, Teva expects to capture a leading position in the Spanish generics market.
