Court Of Appeal Suspends Competition Council Ruling Against Mediplus
July 2008 | Industry NewsA&D Pharma Holdings, the Dutch owner of Romania's pharmaceutical wholesaler Mediplus Exim, has said that the Bucharest Court of Appeal has ruled in favour of a suspension of the decision by the Romanian Competition Council to fine the drug distributor. In March 2008 Mediplus was fined RON49.2mn (US$21.8mn) for breaking competition laws. The decision may still be subject to an appeal from the council,
