GCIC Launches IPO

UAE-based Green Crescent Insurance Company (GCIC) has launched an AED137mn (US$37mn) initial public offering (IPO) on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange. The IPO is for 55% of the offering, with the company's owners subscribing to the remaining AED112.5mn
