TAP Pharmaceuticals To Disband
March 2008 | Industry NewsUS drugmaker Abbott Pharmaceuticals and Japan's Takeda Pharmaceuticals have agreed to disband their North American joint venture TAP Pharmaceuticals. The 50:50 venture was established in 1977 and generated sales of US$3.1bn in 2007.
