BMS Considers Baby Food Divestment?
March 2008 | Industry NewsUS-based drugmaker Bristol-Myers Squibb (BMS) is reported to be feeling out potential buyers for its baby formula business, Mead Johnson. The unit is valued at between US$7bn-US$9bn and if it is successfully divested it will be the latest instance of the de-coupling trend seen in the global pharmaceutical market.
