ECJ Says GSK Must Not Refuse Greek Wholesaler Orders

The Advocate General of the European Court of Justice (ECJ) has said that UK based pharmaceutical company GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) must lift self-imposed restrictions on supplying wholesalers in Greece. The court opinion said that the restrictions constitute an abuse of dominant market position, as well as potentially breaching EU antitrust rules.
