ECJ Says GSK Must Not Refuse Greek Wholesaler Orders
April 2008 | Company News AlertThe Advocate General of the European Court of Justice (ECJ) has said that UK based pharmaceutical company GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) must lift self-imposed restrictions on supplying wholesalers in Greece. The court opinion said that the restrictions constitute an abuse of dominant market position, as well as potentially breaching EU antitrust rules.
