Health Expenditure On The Increase
February 2008 | Industry NewsKyrgyzstan's government is to increase health expenditure to 3.1% of GDP in 2008, with approximately one-third of the total earmarked for improving state medical services. This includes improving patient access to treatment, reducing private payments to doctors and increasing overall efficiency.
