Liberalisation Impacting Pharmacies

BMI expects Hungary's OTC market to reach a value of US$0.8bn driven by growing health awareness in the county, increased consumer spending and, more recently, the liberalisation of the pharmacy sector. However, pharmacies are complaining about the new laws which they claim are eating into revenues.
