Promotional Spending On the Increase
November 2007 | Industry NewsFrench drugmaker Servier and Romanian/Indian player Terapia-Ranbaxy have both spent heavily on promotional activities in Romania over the past 12 months, as they bid to increase market share. According to market research firm Cegedim both firms spent a quarter of their total funds marketing and promotion, while the total drug industry invested EUR68mn (US$100.59mn).
