Calls For Clinical Trials Laws Gather Pace
October 2007 | Industry NewsThe latest figures for Uganda's HIV/AIDS epidemic published by the Ministry of Health make for grim reading. Around 7.9% of women and 6% of men are HIV-positive. Alongside public concerns that the epidemic is not being brought under control, the figures have also contributed to growing support to contribute to the search for a cure for the disease.
