Recordati Moves For Orphan Europe
October 2007 | Industry NewsItalian drugmaker Recordati has acquired French-based drugmaker Orphan Europe , a specialist in rare diseases, for EUR135mn (US$190.63mn). Recordati recently announced that it was to spend EUR500mn (US$706.19mn) on product and company purchases over the next five years and it seeks to refresh its pipeline.
