Tiger Brands To Divest Adcock Ingram

South African conglomerate Tiger Brands has announced that it is to de-couple its pharmaceuticals business, Adcock Ingram . Although the company has yet to announce whether it will sell the business, or spin it off in a separate listing, a number of potential suitors are already being mentioned.
