Aspen To Distribute Prezista

South African Generics firm Aspen has agreed a deal with Belgian drugmaker Tibotec to market HIV/AIDS treatment Prezista (darunavir, DRV) throughout sub-Saharan Africa. The drug, known as a salvage treatment, is used for people who have already developed resistance to first-line, second-line and third-line HIV/AIDS therapies.
