Court Case Shakes Up Wholesale Sector
March 2007 | Industry NewsUS-based drugmaker Pfizer has won a key decision in the UK allowing it to supply its product through a single wholesaler. The High Court in London refused to grant an injunction that would have forced Pfizer to continue selling through multiple agents. Pfizer will now concentrate its UK distribution operations with Unichem , a division of the retail chain Alliance Boots.
