Drug Sector Witnessing Rapid Growth

The Turkish drug sector is expected to develop strong in the coming years, as the importance of emerging markets grow, claims the Secretary-General of the Association of Research-based Pharmaceutical Companies. By 2007, global pharmaceutical sales are forecast to reach US$665-685bn, and 30% of growth will be attributable to developing countries.
