GCC Spends More On SGH Tender

The Gulf Co-operation Council (GCC)'s joint tender for drugs and healthcare products was worth US$665mn in 2006, according to official reports, an increase of US$84.5mn over 2005 levels. Out of this the largest percentage (33%) was hospital supplies, with oral hygiene (28%) in second place followed by vaccines
