Hikma Buys Into German Oncology Market
January 2007 | FDI AlertJordanian drugmaker Hikma has announced that it is to acquire German oncology firm Ribosepharm in a deal worth US$45mn. This marks Hikma's second purchase in the last nine months after taking over the 52.5% of its Saudi Arabian subsidiary Al Jazeera Pharmaceuticals Industries (JPI) that it did not already control in April 2006.
