Drug Price Legislation Failing To Hold
October 2006 | Company Finance AlertIndonesia's pharmaceutical industry is failing to implement a number of measures designed to reduce drug prices in the country. The Ministry of Health issued several decrees earlier this year obligating drugmakers to lower prices and place price labels and generic names on medicines. However, local press reports claim that adherence to these measures have at best been patchy.
