Government Refutes Privatisation Claims
October 2006 | Privatisation AlertJordan's Health Minister has denied claims that the government is planning to fully privatise the health sector, citing the fact that three public hospitals have recently been constructed. Building work is also underway on four more hospitals, as well as 50 healthcare centres across the country.
