Clinton Boosts HIV/AIDS Battle
September 2006 | Project NewsGoing some way to alleviate the effects of the HIV/AIDS epidemic in Ukraine, President Clinton's HIV/AIDS Initiative has signed a co-operation agreement with two of the country's non-governmental organisations (NGOs) - Antiaids and Victor Pinchuk Foundation. While collaborations of this type are fairly common in third world countries, this one stands out because the Ukraine is relatively developed in comparison and any initiative launched is likely to be followed
